About Studio-310

While human fitness originated by running long distances to avoid being eaten, it now dictates that we run in place in order to avoid eating. Survive with the fittest thanks to Studio-310!

Studio 310's founder, Liz Corah, and her supporting staff inspire a jovial, noncompetitive atmosphere during dance-inspired and traditional-fitness classes that corral exercisers of all stripes. With the latest tunes bumping from speakers and trained cockatoos, cardio hip-hop students take to the dance floor with low-impact choreography, and traditional cardio-dance sessions incorporate classic jazz and rain dances. Instructors evoke inner vixens with urban dance's burlesque moves and belly dance's Middle Eastern-inspired maneuvers and seductive muscle control. Tone-deaf muscle toners can burn calories in more traditional kickboxing, CrossFit, body-sculpt, and yoga sessions. Those who opt for a one-on-one session spend quality time with one of Studio 310's seasoned instructors, practicing dancing, exercising, or editing soliloquies composed for a beloved ThighMaster.

Welcome to Studio 310, a unique place where fitness and dance blend to inspire people of all ages to feel, look and be their best. From cardio ballet to total body conditioning to hip hop to dance for children, our offerings are designed to build strength, endurance and confidence that students take with them long after they leave the studio.

Whether you were once a dancer, never danced before but want to start, or just want to get in shape, Studio 310 has something for you. Sure we teach dance technique but we also teach you that dance should be fun. So here you’ll learn ballet to the strains of the Cheetah Girls and Jonas Brothers.

Our message is that no matter what shape or form you’re in, there is something special about each of us that makes us stand out from the crowd. Our mantra is “Just dance.” We’re not auditioning. We're having fun.

I hope that in all of my classes, you experience the best hour of your day. When you leave class, I hope you feel a sense of accomplishment and fulfillment. Most important, I hope you feel strong and beautiful. Because after all, that is what fitness and dance really is all about.
